Welcome to the Online MTC 7/17/2020

Elders,

We at the MTC are so excited for you to begin your missionary service in just a few short days. We know that the Lord is pleased with your decision to serve a mission, especially in such an extraordinary time. You, your family, and countless others will be greatly blessed for your willingness to serve.

We want you to know that we love you and are excited for you to begin your training.  We know who you are, and are prepared to help you have an amazing Online MTC experience.  In the coming days, you will receive an email from your MTC teachers. That email will include information about the training you will receive, your daily schedule, who the other members of your training group will be, and a few things that you might need to do before you get started.  

If you are wondering what you can do between now and the time you start, we’d recommend that you read Preach My Gospel, chapter 1, and begin applying what you learn in your current situation. Also, take some time to memorize the purpose statement found on page 1.

We highly recommend that you take a live Provo MTC Virtual Tour! This virtual tour of the Provo MTC is a one-hour interactive experience that will help and encourage you to prepare yourself and your environment to get the most out of your Online MTC Training. You have been prepared for this unique MTC experience, and we are so excited that we get to work with you!  Please be assured that we are planning for you and we are ready to help you understand, live, and apply your missionary purpose.
